The only programme which uses physically derived peak shape functions for the deconvolution of alpha spectra from silicon semiconductor and gridded ionisation chamber detectors

ALPS for Windows for the reliable quantitative analysis of:
  - extremely complex alpha spectra
  - alpha spectra with very poor statistics
  - alpha spectra from thick samples

  • Runs with all INTEL CPUs, under DOS and under 32-bit WINDOWS
  • Available in german, english and french
  • Reads spectra from all multichannel analyzers
